Manufactured by TPI Polene (Thailand) via proprietary LDPE-EVA process, MV1055 features 28% vinyl acetate, MFI 8 g/10 min, density 0.953 g/cm³, melting temperature 70°C, Vicat 49°C, Shore D 19 (ultra-soft), tensile strength at break 23 MPa, and ultimate elongation 840%. Its clean, additive-free formulation (no slip/no antiblock), uniform VA/MI, and strict contaminant control enable superior foamability, excellent elasticity, and outstanding low-temperature flexibility for Indian footwear, injection, adhesive, and cable coating industries.
