Polene EVA N8038 is produced via high-pressure polymerization, resulting in a soft, flexible thermoplastic copolymer with outstanding uniformity and mechanical properties. The 18 wt% vinyl acetate content is foam-optimized, providing a perfect balance of elasticity and low-temperature performance. N8038 is supplied as natural/white pellets (25 kg bags) and contains a standard thermal stabilizer package-no slip/antiblock additives, making it ideal for custom additive integration. The resin is FDA and EU food-contact compliant, RoHS/REACH certified, and meets global safety and labeling standards. Its low melting point (86°C) enables energy-efficient processing and fast cycle times, while excellent filler and blowing agent compatibility make it suitable for diverse industrial formulations.Applications
