– Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled unless explicitly agreed by us.
– Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Inspection and Acceptance of Goods
– It is your responsibility to inspect the goods at the time of delivery.
– Any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues must be reported before unloading the goods.
– Once goods are unloaded, they are deemed to have been accepted, and no returns will be entertained.

6. Payment Terms
– Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms at the time of order confirmation.
– Eligible customers may avail of financing options, subject to approval.
– Late payments may attract penalties or interest as per applicable laws.

7. Return and Refund Policy
– No returns or refunds will be accepted once goods have been unloaded and deemed accepted.
– Any disputes must be reported before unloading, accompanied by an immediate email to us with photographic evidence and the delivery person’s confirmation or supporting documentation.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
– Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
– Losses resulting from delays, damages, or defects in goods, unless reported as per the inspection clause.
